Bible Study: Basics of Discipleship
Starting April 11th at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.,
with Zoom option available during the 7:00 p.m
As a Lutheran from the cradle, I have always been a member of a church. I attended weekly from the time I was very young. Yet whenever I heard Jesus' words, "come follow me," I found myself scratching my head, and wondering if I was missing something. It's one thing to believe in Jesus, but how do we follow him daily? How do we know we're hearing what God wants to say to us in our lives? And once we do feel like we're following Jesus, how do we invite others along? If you've ever wondered about this, join us on Thursdays at 10am and 7pm, starting April 11.
Jesus has a lot to teach us!

Senior Choir at 9:10 a.m. on Sundays

followed by Wednesdays with Jesus from 6 - 6:30 p.m.
Children's Bell Choir Practice at 9:15-9:45 a.m. First, Third, and Fourth (& Fifth) Sundays
Children's Sunday School at 9:30 - 10 a.m. on the Second Sunday of each month

TO THE PARENTS OF CHILDREN AGES 6-18
Living Water Ministries, our ELCA retreat and outdoor ministry organization in Michigan, is doing vital work in introducing kids to Jesus and forming lifelong friendships. My wife and I were both campers and staff members there, and can't recommend it highly enough.
I just signed up my son to attend camp at Stony Lake, the Living Water camp in New Era, MI. He will be going Week 1 (6/16-6/21). I also signed myself up as an adult leader for that week. You may want to think about whether church camp is something your kids want to do. If so, now's the time to sign up, and if you wanted to have the opportunity to send them while I'm there as an adult leader, think about week 1.
